  My wife's father just passed, and we drove from Toronto to his home in the area. When she called to ask about cremation services, they were extremely rude. Definitely not going to work with a place that is so out of line when dealing with bereaved families!

  I am not impressed with the staff at Maple Funeral Home and Crematorium. I called to ask a few questions about the facility and once the woman on the phone realized I was not interested in planning a funeral she was extremely rude and insulting. I am a grad student researching Chapels/Crematoriums and just needed a few questions answered and possibly a chance to look around one in person. I understand this does not benefit her much, except to familiarize people with the process, but there were other ways to let me down rather than saying "I'm not coming out here on my only day off," and "we are booked for the next few weeks I don't have time for this" - Frustrated Architecture Student
